Refund policy

IMPORTANT: Before you return your jewel(s), you must contact us at info@viddajewelry.com indicating:

  • First and Last name
  • Order number
  • Item you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for returning the order

Your request will be managed within 24 - 48 hours.

 

The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange their order. If 14 days have gone by after the reception of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All of our jewelry has a 1-year quality guarantee.


RETURNS

What should you do to make a return?

  1. Contact us at info@viddajewelry following the instructions at the top of this page. 
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be requested to provide photos clearly showing the defect.
  3. Once your request has been authorized, we will send you all the instructions for the return. 
  4. When we receive your return, we will proceed to inspect it in order to see if it is indeed accepted. We will notify you that we have received your returned item and also if we approve or reject your refund or exchange. IMPORTANT: take a look at the REFUND or EXCHANGE policies.

VIDDA reserves the right to deny any return or reclamation and shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods unless notification of such damage has been made within 14 days of delivery. 

It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions. VIDDA will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment.

 

REFUND

  1. Follow all the RETURNS steps.
  2. If your return is approved, then it will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase in 14 working days since the reception of the return in our warehouse.
  3. If we consider that your reason for return is not due to our error, the shipping costs (return) as well ass possible taxes and duties will be assumed by the client and we will took off them from the refund. 

In which cases have I to pay the shipping costs (return)? 

In all the following assumptions:

  • I chose the wrong size/color.
  • The product is not what I expected.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@viddajewelry.com.

 

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item(s):

  1. Follow all the RETURNS steps.
  2. If your return is approved, then the exchange will be processed and we will ship the new item to the address shown in the initial order.
  3. If we consider that your reason for return is not due to our error, the shipping costs (return and exchange) as well ass possible taxes and duties will be assumed by the client.

In which cases have I to pay the shipping costs (return and exchange)? 

In all the following assumptions:

  • I chose the wrong size.
  • I want to change the color.
  • I just want to change it for another item.
VIDDA trades natural and crafted products so pieces will not come out exactly the same and colours might vary depending on the dye lot. Please note that actual colours may vary from pictures depending on your computer settings and the dye lot.
